# How to Redeem a Serial Number

You've purchased a subscription. Now what?

After you've purchased a subscription at our shop, it's now time to join our server and redeem your Serial Number.

Check your email for an Order Confirmation from `<notice@orders.sellix.io>` containing the Discord Server invite and Serial Number

To join our server, click the discord invite link in this portion of the delivery email:&#x20;

Make sure to click the: **`Get Product`** button to view the deliverable containing the serial number.&#x20;

After joining our Discord Server from the invite link from the deliverable, verify your Discord Account with our cloud-hosted backup bot.&#x20;

After verifying, head over to our <mark style="color:blue;">`#redeem-here`</mark> channel and redeem your Serial Number using the <mark style="color:blue;">`/redeem`</mark> command.&#x20;

To check your **outstanding subscription**, head over to our <mark style="color:blue;">`#sub-status`</mark> and use our <mark style="color:blue;">`/status`</mark> command.&#x20;
