Does my subscription automatically charge me after my plan expires?

No, all of our subscription types are single-use only. After your plan expires, you will be required to purchase a new Serial Number.

Can I stack Serial Numbers?

Yes, Serial Numbers have the ability to be stacked. The remainding time on your subscription will be added on top of the new redemption.

What happens if the server gets banned? Will I keep my subscription?

To prevent users from losing their purchased subscriptions, verifying with our backup bot is a must. Subscriptions from users are stored in our databases on the cloud to minimize the chance of any loss of data.

Am I allowed to use multiple bots at the same time?

Yes, if you are under one of our paid plans, you have the freedom to use any of our hosted bots on our Discord Server following the documentation.

What happens if my account got banned by Discord?

If your account happened to get banned for reasons outside our platform, you will be given 1 warning and another invite link will be sent to you. Additional occurances will result in your paid subscription being voided.

Do you provide any discounts?

We regularly provide discounts for students that are already in our VIP server. Discounts are most likely to occur on major national holidays and the beginning/end of school semesters.

I have a question! Where can I ask for help?

Any and all questions can be forwarded to us via our Mod Mail bot. DM's sent to this bot will be broadcasted to the entire staff team for an accelerated response.

Can I resell these solutions?

No, reselling solutions from our bot is strictly prohibited. Anyone found distributing solutions and/or using our bots irregularly will have their subscription revoked and permanently banned.
